Meet
Troy Culbreth Sr.
Troy Culbreth Sr. is a pastor, worship leader, author, and ministry leader with more than 15 years of pastoral experience and a lifelong commitment to serving the local church. As Lead Pastor of The Well Church Cincinnati and founder of Cross Worship, Troy has spent his life helping people encounter Jesus, discover purpose, and experience the power of doing life together.
His passion for community was shaped not only by what he has taught, but by what he has lived. Designed for Community grew from a conviction that runs throughout his ministry: we were never meant to do this alone.
Through biblical teaching, practical wisdom, and honest conversations about relationships, Troy challenges people to move beyond simply being around others and discover the kind of community where we are known, supported, sharpened, formed, and sent together.
At the heart of his message is a simple belief: God designed us for community, and we are better together.
